The Complaints Manager will provide leadership and administrative support to the Client Services department, ensuring effective management of complaints and feedback. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in work streams as assigned.
  • Provide complaints management advice and support to NSS programmes.
  • Develop business and support plans for ongoing service developments.
