Job Title: Patient Care Specialist

As a vital link between patients and healthcare services, you will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and supporting the growth of new business in this expanding market. You will play a key role in promoting our range of products and services to key stakeholders in hospitals and community integrated teams.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and clinicians, providing exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain homecare devices at patient's homes and hospital locations across all Trusts
  • Manage patient installations, clinic installations/support, training and compliance activities with patients and clinicians
  • Follow up with patients post-installation, including regular telephone calls, post-install home visits, and compliance follow-up
  • Support clinical training and educational workshops in key centres across all Trusts
  • Attend Respiratory Conferences/Meetings when required
Requirements:
  • Qualified Nurse/Physiotherapist/Medical technician with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in hospital and/or homecare environment
  • Excellent managerial, communication, and record-keeping skills with proven ability to present, train, mentor, and influence a variety of customers
  • Commercial experience desirable, with the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers
  • Proven attention to detail and follow-through
  • Computer literate/practical working IT skills
  • Full driving licence and an openness to travel
