Patient Access Application Specialist

The ideal candidate will support the configuration, testing, and validation of patient access-related applications.
About the Role:- This entry-level position focuses on supporting the configuration, testing, and validation of patient access-related applications.
- Collaborate with clinical, business, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transformation of patient access functions.
- Assist in executing tasks within the project scope and governance, including stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking.
- Collaborate with the Patient Access Workstream Lead and other workstream members to align with patient access operations and program goals.
- Support the integration of patient access workflows with financial processes for clinical/financial integrity and compliance with quality requirements.
- Participate in testing activities for patient access modules, including integrated testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in patient access or front-end revenue cycle operations.
- Familiarity with patient access workflows, safety practices, and quality reporting standards.
- Good project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
