This role offers a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and sales acumen – ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, driving growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with clients to understand their design aspirations, preferences, and budget constraints
  2. Develop detailed floor plans and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software (ArtiCAD, AutoCAD, etc.)
  3. Present and refine proposals based on client feedback and input
  4. Provide expert advice on materials, cabinetry, appliances, and finishes
  5. Offer samples, pricing, and negotiate terms to drive sales forward
  6. Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility and optimal execution
  7. Maintain accurate records and client details via CRM systems
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding exceptional customer service standards

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a kitchen designer or in a similar capacity
  2. A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects and achievements
  3. Proficiency in CAD software (ArtiCAD, AutoCAD, etc.)
  4. In-depth knowledge of kitchen fittings, appliances, and design trends
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  6. Proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sales-driven success
  7. Full, clean driving license and ability to commute
