We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Coffee Quality Consultant to lead our national quality team, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of high standards to customers across Dublin and South Leinster.

About the Role

The Coffee Quality Consultant will be responsible for leading and developing the national quality team, driving performance, and ensuring the delivery of high standards to customers. This role requires a strong advocate for company mission, vision, and values, as well as effective communication skills to collaborate with the sales and operations teams.

This is a mid-senior level position, requiring practical experience in the specialty coffee industry, particularly in a training role. The ideal candidate will possess leadership and supervisory skills, with a good standard of written and verbal communication in English.

  • Lead and direct the day-to-day activity of the national quality team, managing a team of four.
  • Develop the team, ensuring that all are fully and suitably trained, encouraged, and supported.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members through 1-to-1 meetings.
  • Ensure that all team members have a clear understanding of their individual objectives and required skills and behaviors.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Practical experience gained in the specialty coffee industry (ideally in a training role).
  • Coffee training experience.
  • A comfortable level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • A good standard of written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to plan and organize your working week in line with designated journey planner, respond to emails, and arrange Outlook calendar accordingly.
