About the Role

  • We are looking for a Technical Service Delivery Manager to lead a project service team in Ireland.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for ensuring technical solution service delivery meets client expectations.
  2. Ensure all technical aspects of the project/service are addressed and implemented in a technically sound manner.
  3. Collaborate with the Project Manager to measure and verify project scope, identify scope changes, and communicate outcomes to the team.
  4. Coordinate software activities and track requirements from design through configuration.
  5. Lead, motivate, and engage the team to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience with Process Automation projects using the DeltaV platform.
  2. Proven expertise in Process Automation implementation in a Pharma/Biotech environment.
  3. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA 88 and GAMP.
  4. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  5. Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
