As a Nights Guest Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring every interaction is memorable.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide a warm welcome to our guests, determine their needs, and offer assistance with various requests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests warmly and welcoming them to the hotel
  • Determining the reason for being at the hotel after welcoming the guest
  • Concierge-related duties such as assisting guests with information, bookings, and directions
  • Carrying out general Porter duties
  • Ensuring all access to the hotel is secure as required by policy and procedure
  • Providing valet parking service in a warm, welcoming, and efficient manner

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. The ideal candidate will have a full clean driving license and at least one year's experience in a similar role. Full training will be provided, but prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles would be beneficial.

A fast-paced environment requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full clean driving license
  • At least one year's experience in a similar role
