High-Velocity Moulding Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished moulding professional to lead the introduction of new tools, contribute to the design and debugging of new systems, and execute validation reports.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising yields and efficiency through experimental analysis and process setup. They will also have experience with cleanroom procedures and medical moulding.
- Develop and implement efficient tooling processes.
- Collaborate with teams to improve system design and functionality.
- Ensure quality by executing validation reports.
- Improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
Required skills include a degree in Polymer or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume moulding environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process setup and validation, including performing process window studies.
