Job Title: Strategic Business Transformation Lead

About the Role:

  • Establish and manage Change Networks within operational business and functions to drive organisational change and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Collect and monitor change management data to track progress and make informed decisions, using metrics to measure success and impact.
  • Support and deliver against the change management framework using standardised templates and best practices.
  • Understand the business context of change delivery and recommend effective strategies and interventions to drive lasting transformation.
  • Facilitate change in Projects, working closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Ensure the organisation's readiness to receive change and provide guidance on implementation timelines, managing stakeholder expectations and minimising disruption.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of changes on the organisation, identifying opportunities for further improvement and growth.
  • Identify and address any resistance to change, developing strategies to overcome obstacles and maintain momentum.

Personal Specification:

  • A good understanding of change management principles, techniques, and tools to drive strategic business transformation.
  • Effective facilitation and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and build support for change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills to navigate complex situations and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong listening and communication skills to build trust and foster open communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen to understand the organisation's goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Project management and planning skills to deliver change initiatives on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams, building strong relationships and collaborating effectively to achieve common goals.
