Strategy & Analytics Lead\

The Strategy and Analytics Lead is a key role within the Technical Account Management, Support & Services organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving large-scale strategic initiatives across global customer bases.

\

This includes program ownership and execution, cross-functional leadership, and robust analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, strong leadership skills, and experience with data analysis and project tracking.

\

The Strategy and Analytics Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for field teams during major regulatory events or product transitions. They will also handle escalations and directly engage with user executives to explain timelines, decisions, and next steps.

Responsibilities:\
  • Program Ownership and Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans for large-scale initiatives.\
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.\
  • Robust Analytical Skills: Analyze data to derive strategic insights and monitor progress.

Requirements:\
  • 10+ years in program management with a proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives.\
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience aligning product, engineering, risk, and GTM teams.\
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to derive strategic insights from data.\
  • Experience with tools for tracking and reporting progress such as dashboards and project trackers.\
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interface with executive-level stakeholders.

Benefits:\

At Stripe, we offer a competitive salary range of €110,400 - €165,600 per year. We also provide equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
