","About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires the ability to work an average of 45 hours per week, across 5 days over 7, including weekends and public holidays.
","Main Duties- Assisting the butchery team in preparing cuts of meat for the counter and prepack section.
- Advising customers on product range and answering their questions regarding same.
- Providing excellent customer care to all customers.
- HACCP duties.
- Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken.
- A minimum of 2/3 years experience working as a butcher in a busy premises is essential.
- Must have a strong knowledge of fresh meat/butchery products.
- HACCP trained.
- Must have excellent customer care skills.
- Must have strong people skills.
- Must have strong communications skills.
