Role Overview

Eudia has signed several Fortune 500 companies as customers and is delivering innovative solutions that create real value for the business. As an AI Solutions Strategist, you will partner with world-class AI engineers to deliver solutions that make a meaningful impact.

You will work directly with customers to understand their opportunities for AI solutions and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. To execute on this vision, you will collaborate with engineers and product managers to leverage our platform capabilities and develop unique solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the customer to product & engineering teams
  • Translate customer priorities and feedback into customer-specific solutions
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer-specific solutions
  • Provide inputs to Platform Engineering on consistent customer themes or need for platform capabilities
  • Represent engineering teams to the customer
  • Bring knowledge of Eudia's capabilities to customers to inform solution development

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of customer-facing product management or consulting experience
  • Experience working on enterprise products and/or with enterprise customers
  • Educational or professional background in engineering or AI
  • Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
