Marketing Mastery Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional B2B marketer to spearhead our growth efforts. As a senior recruitment professional and marketing specialist, you'll be responsible for building a scrappy engine that brings in qualified leads.

The focus is on driving meaningful growth, with clear objectives and a measurable path to success. You'll work closely with our founding designer, ex-Intercom, and the founder who knows how to sell.

This is a rare chance for a generalist marketer to take ownership of growth and build something from scratch. If you've got a proven track record of turning strategy into execution, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy across content, webinars, case studies, and more
  • Owning and testing ICP assumptions, building and validating personas
  • Shape and scale the content and messaging strategy to drive engagement and conversions
  • Work hand-in-hand with the founding designer on brand rollout and sales collateral development

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience across product marketing, content, demand gen, and comms
  • Strong grasp of ICP development and testing
  • You've built campaigns, launched experiments, and figured out what sticks
  • Ideal candidate has stepped down from a bigger brand to go earlier-stage
