**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Database Systems Architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our database infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, OEM, patching, upgrades, backups, restores, performance tuning, GoldenGate replication, and Exadata.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Oracle databases and other technologies
  • Lead and collaborate on database projects and initiatives
  • Implement best practices and review new tools and products
  • Coordinate data migrations and support global database needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
  • In-depth knowledge of database management, RDBMS, NoSQL, security standards, tuning, backup/recovery, replication, and SQL coding
  • Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, OEM, partitioning, sharding, and multiple database technologies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, learn new technologies quickly, and work with global teams
