Job Description

We are seeking a professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships to fill a Recruitment Consultant position. The successful candidate will develop key accounts into long-term relationships, source suitable tech candidates matching client requirements, and headhunt on various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience working to targets and possess strong presentation skills conveying key messages to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop key accounts into long-term relationships.
  • Source suitable tech candidates matching client requirements.
  • Headhunt and network on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Write and post job adverts.
  • Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Arrange interviews, liaise with candidates during this time, and make job offers to suitable candidates.
  • Handle rejections, take references, and collect supporting documents.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline.
