Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop accounts into key business relationships
  • Find suitable tech professionals who meet client requirements
  • Headhunt and network on professional platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub and Stack Overflow
  • Publish job advertisements
  • Telephone interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles
  • Arrange interviews for candidates and liaise with them during this time
  • Make job offers to suitable candidates and handle rejections
  • Verify candidate references and collate supporting documents
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CANDIDATES TO CREATE A STRONG TALENT PIPELINE
  • Stay up-to-date with trends within the tech industry
  • Build relationships with existing and future clients
  • Utilise internal technology like SourceWhale, LinkedHelper and Paiger
  • E nsure all data is accurately recorded on the CRM system
  • Attend meetings with clients to explore potential opportunities
  • Negotiate fees and terms of engagement
