Key Responsibilities- Develop key accounts into long-term partnerships

- Headhunt and network on platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub to find top talent
- Compose and post job adverts to attract the best candidates
- Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Arrange interviews and liaise with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Make job offers and handle rejections professionally
- Take references and collate supporting documents accurately
- BUILD lasting relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
- Establish a professional online presence on social media
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Tech industry trends
- Build relationships with existing and future clients to drive growth
- Utilize internal tools like SourceWhale, LinkedHelper, and Paiger to streamline processes
- Ensure accurate data recording on CRM systems
- Attend meetings with clients to explore new opportunities
- Negotiate fees and terms of engagement effectively
- Exceptional communication skills adapting language for different audiences
