Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the successful planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of projects across tunnel and motorway operations.

Job Description:

The Project Engineer will oversee the project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, to closeout phases, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and overseeing project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, to closeout phases
  • Developing comprehensive project scopes, programmes, and budgets
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring adherence to NEC form of contracts, project-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and delay damages clauses
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
  • Proficiency with documentation and asset management software (e.g., Maximo, M-Files)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in technical writing and documentation management
  • Demonstrable ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
