We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient scheduling of manufacturing operations, aligning production plans with inventory, quality and API availability.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize company strategic results, leveraging their deep understanding of supply chain management and ERP systems. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on locked MPS
  • Maintain control and hygiene of frozen period
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing to align schedules with capacity and operational constraints
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and API teams to ensure timely availability of API
  • Liaise with Quality to incorporate testing and release timelines into production plans
  • Update and communicate schedule changes to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage schedule breaks for the area
  • Support planning team with data analysis and reporting as needed
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Primary degree in Business, Science or Engineering discipline
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification and APICS CPIM and CSCP certifications preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in pharmaceutical operations/cGMP environment highly desirable
  • Deep understanding of supply chain management and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
