Deputy Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a retail or hospitality environment, with experience in leading teams and driving sales growth. You will be confident, charismatic, and able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including cash handling and security protocols
  • Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver excellent customer service and support performance management
  • Maintain high standards in store presentation and visual merchandising

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail or hospitality
  • Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and engage team members
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
