**Project BIM Engineer/BIM Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Engineer/BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering all 3D and 2D coordination milestones on each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the project team with regard to all coordination deliverables.
  • Detailed modeling of 3D elements needed for design and coordination.
  • Production of 3D model files through Revit and Fabrication CAD.
  • Production of 2D coordination and installation drawings.
  • Ensuring that detailed model files are coordinated and clash-free by clashing against federated models on a constant basis.

Necessary Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience within a BIM Coordination function.
  • Mechanical or Electrical background with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to short deadlines.
