Highways Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the delivery of highways projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in project management and a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

The project manager will be responsible for leading the project team, developing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and conflicts

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Chartered Engineer status

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years' experience in project management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
