Highways and Active Travel Project Leader

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our highways and active travel projects. Our team of skilled civil, structural, and geotechnical engineers and scientists deliver comprehensive, sustainable design and project management solutions.
This integrated approach ensures cost-effective and sustainable outcomes for our clients. We're passionate about helping you grow and provide resources and training opportunities for ongoing professional development.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, with Chartered Engineer status. A minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in designing and managing highways, greenway, and active travel schemes is required.
Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary design teams, managing project portfolios, mentoring junior Project Managers, and overseeing communications across assigned projects.

- Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage project budgets.
