Senior Financial Manager

">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering all compliance, reporting, and operational accounting tied to external financial stakeholders and statutory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely, accurate filing/payment of PAYE, VAT, RCT/CIS, Intrastat (Ireland & UK), maintaining audit-ready records and compliance standards, recording, reconciling, and reporting intercompany transactions, adhering to transfer pricing rules and agreements, reviewing monthly intercompany reconciliations, preparing and presenting consolidated head office reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and providing variance analysis, leading audits in Ireland & UK, providing required reconciliations and documentation, overseeing AP/AR across multiple entities and currencies, managing ageing reports, collections, and supplier payments, monitoring COGS, material usage, waste, and margins, highlighting inefficiencies and supporting cost control, allocating labour costs and monitoring staffing metrics, leading short- and long-term cash flow and P&L forecasts, preparing management accounts and liaising with finance partners, managing 5-person finance team (Ireland & India), setting deadlines, reviewing output, providing guidance, and building process-driven culture, providing senior finance cover as needed, tracking project costs vs. budgets and updating profitability monthly, supporting revenue forecasting and margin analysis, analysing project margins for pricing decisions, collaborating on supply chain cost control and financial risk reporting.
