Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled leader to head our Supply Chain Planning function.

This role is critical in ensuring the supply chain operates efficiently, providing clarity between operations, sales, and finance on product status, expected shipment and arrival dates, and insights into factors driving changes to the plan.

The successful candidate will work closely with regional teams to understand demand requirements and align procurement, manufacturing, and distribution to meet those needs. Collaboration with other value chain leaders to communicate, identify, and recommend solutions to constraints across the supply chain is essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the global supply planning team for assigned value chains.
  • Implement and stabilize plans and decisions from the monthly enterprise Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
  • Align stakeholders by executing Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) weekly.
  • Develop a comprehensive view of the demand plan to ensure data accuracy and visibility of demand signals to drive supply plans.
  • Develop an accurate and stable supply signal to be used by global operations to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and synchronize information and product flows to prevent supply disruptions and support new opportunities.
  • Partner with Inventory Optimization to maintain inventory levels in line with service requirements and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate demand visibility for new product introductions and discontinuations to optimize revenue and minimize Excess & Obsolete.
  • Work with Strategy & Operational Excellence team to implement supply transparency tools and processes.
  • Leverage the Supply Review step of IBP to communicate potential interruptions and solutions.
  • Provide leadership and development to the global supply planning team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of hands-on combined experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning or other Supply Chain disciplines.
  • Previous experience leading the implementation or execution of IBP process, S&OP or related business planning process.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP fundamentals.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time.
  • PREFERRED LOCATION: At a Global Operations site.
