Purchasing & Planning Manager

The role of Purchasing and Planning Manager is a critical position within our organization. We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for production planning, raw materials planning and ordering, as well as managing the plant supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  2. Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and improve service levels.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the supply chain.
  4. Lead and develop a high-performing team of planners and coordinators to achieve business objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of supply chain activities.
  6. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data to support production planning and supply chain operations.
  7. Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions and other potential issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and operational planning systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
