Community Support Specialist

About the Role

The Community Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Responding to user inquiries with high quality, speed, and accuracy
  • Investigating and resolving issues reported on our platform
  • Providing accurate and timely assistance to our community members
  • Using market-specific knowledge to identify scalable solutions to improve our support processes
Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting our clients' community and helping resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time
  • Becoming knowledgeable about client products and community standards
  • Making well-balanced decisions and being an effective advocate for our community
  • Displaying strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficient Norwegian and English language skills
  • Cultural understanding of the market
  • Experience working in an office environment (preferable)
  • Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working
  • Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience
