Job Overview

This role involves assisting the community and resolving inquiries efficiently, accurately, and on time.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the client's products and community standards, enabling them to make well-informed decisions and effectively advocate for the community.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Becoming knowledgeable about the client's products and services.
  • Making informed decisions and serving as an effective advocate for the community.
  • Investigating and resolving issues reported on the client's platform.

This position requires someone who is highly adaptable, possesses a positive attitude towards challenges, and can make decisions and solve problems effectively. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent time management and prioritization skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in Slovenian and English languages.
  • Cultural understanding of the market.
  • Experience working in an office environment is preferable.
