Job Description

As a Community Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our community platform. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining knowledge about client products and community standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support to clients
  • Become knowledgeable about client products and community standards
  • Make well-balanced decisions and demonstrate personal drive to advocate for the community
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills, verbal communication, and written communication to engage with users
  • Display a strong bias towards doing what's right
  • Investigate and resolve issues on client platforms, including requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content
  • Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
  • Apply market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to identify scalable solutions for improving community support
  • Collect and analyze relevant data to develop strategies for enhancing the overall user experience
  • Enforce client terms by monitoring abuse reports and reviewing reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions to improve processes
  • Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team

Essential Competencies:
  • Proficient in Arabic, Iraqi, and English
  • Cultural understanding of the market
  • Preferably experienced in working in an office environment
  • Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working individual
  • Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with diverse projects
  • Able to quickly learn new information
  • Eligible to work full-time in Ireland (Stamp 4 or Irish citizenship or European residency)
