Job Title: Community Support Specialist

As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of our community. Your primary responsibilities will include: resolving user inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and speed; investigating and addressing reported issues on our platform; responding to user requests with high-quality support; leveraging market insights and data analysis to enhance the overall user experience; enforcing clients' Terms of Use while promoting a safe and positive environment; reviewing reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality; identifying process inefficiencies and proposing solutions; and escalating critical issues to our global team as needed.

- Assist users in resolving their queries with care, efficiency, and respect
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client products and community standards
- Make informed decisions that align with company values and advocate for the community's best interests
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with empathy
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to doing what is right and fair
- Investigate and resolve issues reported on our platform, including account support and potentially abusive content
- Respond to user inquiries with precision, speed, and compassion
- Utilize market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to develop scalable solutions that enhance community support
- Analyze relevant data to create innovative ways to improve the overall user experience on our site
- Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse and adhering to set standards of quality
- Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and maintain high standards of quality
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Recognize trends and patterns, escalating critical issues to the global team when necessary
Essential Competencies:">
- Proficient in Norwegian and English languages
- Strong cultural understanding of the target market
- Preferable experience in working in an office environment
- Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working individual
- Passionate about ensuring a positive, safe user experience
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with diverse projects
- Capable of learning new information rapidly
- Eligible to work in Ireland full time (Stamp 4 or Irish citizenship or European residency)
