Community Operations Specialist

As a Community Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our community and resolving inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the community and respond to inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy.
  2. Use market knowledge and signals to identify opportunities for scalable solutions that improve support for our community of users.
  3. Gather and analyze data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience on the site.
  4. Monitor reports of abuse and enforce terms of use by reviewing reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
  5. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and consistently hit KPIs on time.
  • Fluent in market language and English.
  • Cultural understanding of the market.
Competencies:
  • Flexibility to adapt to different projects and working environments.
  • Ability to learn new information quickly.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland full time (Stamp 4 or Irish citizenship or European).
