This role is suited to a proactive and passionate Account Manager with drive and ambition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To build solid relationships with the customer, developing a breadth and depth of value adding, cross functional contacts that build the profile of the brand with credibility and confidence.
  • To develop strong relationships with trade buyers and achieve effective execution of sales activities.
  • To develop, negotiate, execute and track the delivery of a joint annual business plan with the customer that underpins Sales and Brand strategy achievement within that Customer.
  • To identify new business and category opportunities.

This role requires a personal level of passion, pride, determination and resilience to succeed in demanding customer, category and commercial environments.

This will involve building trust, understanding and a collaborative relationship with customers to meet their needs.

Apart from that you should have ability to analyse data, create insights, work collaboratively with internal stakeholders as well as external partners to find solutions and execute plans successfully.

We are looking for someone who can drive long term sustainable growth by being part of our team and make impact on results by providing insightful feedback and facilitating meaningful decisions based on collected data.
