**Job Overview**

The Store Manager position is a pivotal role that embodies the essence of excellent Guest Service and sales strategy. As a key representative of the Disney brand, this individual will drive business growth while fostering a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Leadership team and Cast Members to achieve exceptional Guest Service standards and drive sales.
  • Lead engaging events for Guests and Cast Members, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Perform Sales Manager duties, including monitoring Cast performance and enforcing adherence to Disney brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement product placement strategies that meet Stage Set requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained store environment, adhering to high standards of excellence.

Key Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing team that drives results.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage multiple business priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency in managing budgets.
  • Prior management experience in specialty retail, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with Guests and Cast Members.
