Project Manager Rail Engineering

The key objective of this role is to oversee rail projects and lead teams through all stages of design and delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-disciplinary rail engineering projects, providing technical oversight across track, signalling, electrification, and civil works.
  • Supervise a team of engineers, offering mentorship and career growth opportunities.
  • Liaise with clients, including government agencies, and international stakeholders.
  • Support business development through proposal preparation and client engagement.
  • Evaluate and implement engineering processes aligned with global standards.
  • Coordinate with other discipline leads in transportation, environment, and planning sectors.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in project management.
  • Detailed knowledge of rail systems, including track, signalling, and electrification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with local and international safety standards.
