Senior Manager Quality Assurance

A passionate leader is needed to drive the quality assurance of new product introductions.

This role will be responsible for leading a team that advocates and executes design for manufacture and assembly through technical leadership and direction in quality assurance for new product launches.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience in leading teams to achieve high-quality products at launch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the execution of new product development strategy with the goal of developing highly capable processes, resulting in high yield and enable scalability.
  • Promoting the optimization of inspection strategies for launch through technology, automation, and supplier certification.
  • Couching and developing staff who champion quality assurance during the product development process, ensuring product launches meet or exceed established metrics.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, science discipline or equivalent, with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience in multiple areas/sites/positions in the quality organization and working knowledge of regulatory requirements, standards, and regulations.

  3. Delivers results by ensuring appropriate production and process controls are identified and implemented
