Senior Manager, Quality Assurance, New Product Introduction page is loaded. This role involves overseeing the execution of quality strategies for New Product Introductions (NPI), with a strong focus on speed-to-market, risk mitigation, and compliance.

As a global partner & leader of the Quality Assurance (QA) AMagine and NPI team, this position advocates and leads design for manufacture and assembly through technical leadership and direction in quality assurance for new product launches and in the Personalised Solutions space. This leader will influence the development and introduction of new products, processes, and technologies, with focus on process risk management including robust pFMEA to deliver highest quality products at launch.

Inspires NPI team in partnering to drive robust preventative measures and improvements of product quality and process design.

Key responsibilities include:
