Land and Property Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly motivated and inspirational environment.

The Land and Property Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with residential and commercial landowners impacted by projects within our portfolio.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Landowner queries
  • Ensure consistent messaging to all affected landowners regarding project timelines and access to property
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to engage with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Manage high-performing teams, including performance management, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out internal assurance of consents applications
  • Deliver solutions and results in dynamic environments
  • Conduct specialized property valuations and appraisals
  • Actively contribute to negotiating and concluding property-based agreements

Required qualifications include experience in stakeholder and communications management, as well as conducting landowner liaison activities across the project lifecycle.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of land and property acquisition processes
  • Understanding of compulsory purchase law and practice in Ireland
  • Experience with quality management and process improvement practices
  • Proficiency in best practice communication tools and social media channels

A strong understanding of the Irish property market, statutory planning system, and ability to deliver solutions in dynamic environments are also desirable.
