We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented HR professional who wants to work with a leading international organization operating across multiple countries. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the people strategy across the Ireland region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee matters and lead on employee relations.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support graduate recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Training Initiatives: Coordinate local training initiatives with the Learning and Development team.
  • Irish Employment Legislation: Provide expert advice on Irish employment legislation.
  • Strategic Advice: Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
  • Talent Review: Manage the local talent review process and succession planning.
  • HR Metrics: Deliver key HR metrics and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Global Projects: Lead and support local and global HR projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, ideally within professional services or law firms.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to act as a strategic partner to the business.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across all levels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confident in managing stakeholders independently and influencing senior leaders.
  • Skill Set: Skilled in problem-solving, facilitation, and change management.
  • ATS Experience: Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Workable).
  • Hybrid Working: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with flexibility based on business needs.
Benefits
  • Salary: Up to €85,000 + Bonus + Health + Pension.
  • Working Environment: This company operates a hybrid working model - minimum 2 days per week in office. City Centre location.
