Job Opportunity

The HR Business Partner will be the go-to expert for managers, providing guidance on performance management, colleague wellbeing and resolving complex issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be a trusted advisor to managers, offering expertise on employee relations, performance conversations and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Drive engagement through strategic programs like our colleague voice forum, wellbeing campaigns and recognition schemes.
  • Lead thorough investigations, handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maximise benefits by overseeing our compensation and incentives, ensuring they are well communicated, accessible and delivering value.
  • Provide actionable insights using HR data, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, then working with the HR team to create practical solutions.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Skills: Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, strong employee relations expertise, knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Desirable Skills: CIPD qualification, experience in childcare, education, healthcare or regulated environments, background in HR projects or policy development.
