Lead Mechanical & Electrical Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our mechanical and electrical services operations.

  1. Serve as the subject matter expert for mechanical and electrical services operations within assigned sites.

  2. Manage mechanical and electrical services maintenance for assigned facilities and contribute to the development of operating and capital budgets.

  3. Oversee technical staff, including direct employees, outsourced supply partners, and external contractors.

  4. Assist in resolving operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting, and problem-solving as required.

  5. Develop and maintain effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.

  6. Coordinate maintenance efforts with change control, external service providers, and contractors.

Requirements:

  1. Strong background and experience in mechanical and electrical systems.

  2. A minimum of 5 years of data center experience.

  3. Demonstrated experience in managing data center mechanical and electrical services and contributing to site availability and continuous improvement.

  4. Thorough understanding of data center critical mechanical and electrical system infrastructure.
