Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the development and delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising electrical and mechanical engineers, commissioning managers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure deliverables meet their expectations
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in data centres
