About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Manager for a major data centre project in Dublin.

This role will be responsible for financial management, budget control, performance reporting, and delivering on commercial objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading and developing commercial teams while working in a dynamic project environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project procurement to meet timelines, budgets, and goals
  • Ensuring clear and consistent cost management practices are in place
  • Providing commercial reports for key stakeholders
  • Encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing between teams
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners
  • Collaborating with project teams to assess and respond to risks and opportunities
  • Overseeing the onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensuring comprehensive and protective documentation for subcontract and procurement
  • Supporting timely contract-aligned client billing and cash collection

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying with significant related experience
  • Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Main Contractor experience essential
  • MEP and data centre experience highly beneficial
  • Experience of various procurement models (lump sum, remeasure, design-build, etc.)
