Director, EMEA Data Centre Supply Solution Leader

We are seeking a seasoned executive to oversee the end-to-end delivery of data centre supply across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

As the Director of EMEA Data Centre Delivery, you will be responsible for managing teams that:

  • Develop and communicate comprehensive strategic infrastructure plans for all Amazon clusters in EMEA, analysing market dynamics, customer needs, and growth scenarios.
  • Execute strategic business development plans by partnering with stakeholders to deliver new data centre projects on time and to specification.
  • Negotiate complex contracts with developers, public authorities, and other partners, balancing technical requirements with broader business objectives.
  • Prepare high-level business reviews for senior leadership on project progress, financial approvals, and overall deal costs/benefits.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships to support key markets and ensure continuity of data centre supply.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and global infrastructure experience. You should have a proven track record of leading strategic infrastructure initiatives, managing large-scale technology projects, and negotiating high-value contracts. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will be interfacing with both technical and executive-level teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Infrastructure Planning: Develop and communicate comprehensive strategic infrastructure plans for all Amazon clusters in EMEA, analysing market dynamics, customer needs, and growth scenarios.
  • Business Development: Execute strategic business development plans by partnering with stakeholders to deliver new data centre projects on time and to specification.
