Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in operating and enhancing complex manufacturing systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on support for site activities related to PLC/SCADA/DCS systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in collaboration with various teams, including Manufacturing, Engineering, and EHS.

Additionally, you will implement code modifications as needed and ensure accurate updates on task and project progress.

You will also support testing, debugging, and documentation for control system installations, as well as assist in integrating control systems with data historians (e.g., PI) and MES.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop your skills, and contribute to Data Integrity and compliance programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Automation, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience with automation/control systems.
  • Familiarity with Yokogawa Centum VP is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Simatic S7 and TIA Portal is desirable.
  • Experience with Wonderware and PI Data Historian is advantageous.
  • Ability to develop IT/automation documentation and SOPs.
  • Strong project management and control system implementation skills.
