Global Payroll Leadership

The Director, Global Payroll is a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing the operational and strategic direction of an enterprise-wide global payroll team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the global payroll team to ensure seamless execution of payroll processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of global payroll operations.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive business outcomes through data-driven insights and analytical thinking.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a multi-company and global environment, with 4+ years of management experience.
  • Experience with Workday required, with ADP Celergo preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Competitive Compensation:

The pay range for this position is €81,800 - €136,300.

In addition to base pay, other compensation opportunities may be offered, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive plans.
