Customer Service Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and helpful team member to provide an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet & Greet customers and go above and beyond to assist them.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe sales floor.
  • Unload stock/deliveries.
  • Operate in line with our safety procedures and policies at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Available part-time to work 5 days a week (Monday - Sunday) including evening and weekends.
  • Passionate about working in a retail environment.
  • Previous retail experience is an advantage, especially in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
