Job Description:

Customer Service Representative will be tasked with ensuring the efficient delivery of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and engaging with customers on banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs
  • Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller/Customer Service if required, Handling basic queries and complaints – directing to senior staff as required
  • Engaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needs, Identifying sales opportunities, handing over to suitable staff as required
  • Cash handling – processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required. Responsible for balancing cash at end of day and managing levels throughout the day
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess strong technology skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service abilities, teamwork, and a professional phone manner are essential.
