Job Title: Client Support Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to fill the role of Client Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and caregivers to ensure seamless scheduling services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and spoken English skills, be able to multitask and prioritize workload, and have at least one year of scheduling experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling Coordination:
  • Coordinate client/caregiver schedules
  • Assign daily schedules to match client care plans
Client/Caregiver Service:
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Deal with emails efficiently and within an acceptable timeframe
  • Promptly address shift cancellations, time changes, and amendments
Client/Caregiver Records:
  • Maintain accurate client and caregiver records
  • Set up accurate schedules on internal rostering software
Caregiver Supervision:
  • Coordinate caregiver holidays and communicate care plan changes
  • Arrange holiday or sick leave cover as needed
Requirements:
  1. Experience: At least one year of scheduling experience
  2. Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, excellent written and spoken English, team player
  3. Availability: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
