This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a key role in the tendering process of a leading main contractor in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tender Preparation: Prepare and collate accurate, detailed, and timely tenders based on drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
  • Subcontractor and Supplier Sourcing: Source quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Risk Analysis: Analyze information for ambiguity, risk, and qualification, and seek clarification where necessary.
  • Process Development: Assist in the ongoing development of systems and procedures used in tendering.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep up to date with contractual changes and other developments in the construction industry.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in an estimator/QS based role.
  • A third-level qualification in a Construction/Engineering related discipline.
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of MS office suite and QS related software packages.
  • The ability to work effectively within a large team of project managers, engineers, and other estimators.
