We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead our product management process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system readiness for any product changes required.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of driving growth in the business. They will be knowledgeable about the Health Insurance market in Ireland and associated regulation.

In this role, you will own the day-to-day product management process and help lead on product MI, insight, and tracking. You will collaborate with the Proposition Development team on new product development and ensure that our product range is comprehensive, competitive, and profitable.

Key Accountabilities
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure our products meet customer needs.
  • Implement and refine processes to deliver product changes and new range launches in a timely manner, including testing.
  • Support the management and resolution of customer and distributor issues.
  • Deliver adequate communications to support this with all necessary stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver system readiness for any product changes required.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance market in Ireland and associated regulation.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Drive for customer satisfaction.
